Ingredients
  

  • Veggies & Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 lb raw shrimp peeled & deveined
  • Garlic Sauce
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp arrowroot starch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • Serve With
  • Cooked rice or cauliflower rice
  • Optional toppings: sesame seeds green onion

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet. Sauté bell pepper, broccoli, and snap peas for 5–6 minutes.
  • Whisk sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • Push veggies aside and add shrimp. Cook 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Pour in sauce, stir to coat, and simmer until thickened.
  • Serve over rice and garnish if desired.

Notes

Use frozen shrimp—just thaw and pat dry
Customize veggies based on what's in season
Add sriracha or chili flakes for heat
