  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the fresh ingredients by chopping the spinach, chives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese.
  • Whisk the Greek yogurt and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: sift together the flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, baking powder, and salt.
  • Fold the dry mixture into the yogurt mixture gently until just combined.
  • Add the chopped spinach, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, sausage, and cheeses to the dough and fold them in until evenly distributed.
  • Shape your dough with floured hands into 12 equal disks, about 1 inch thick.
  • Arrange the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart. Sprinkle any remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Cool the biscuits on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
