Directions

  • Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Distribute the softened cream cheese in small cubes over the biscuit pieces.
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits and cream cheese.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; check the center for doneness.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with reserved bacon and fresh herbs if desired.
