Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 oranges
  • 2- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2- inch piece of fresh turmeric
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients: Peel the garlic cloves, lemons, oranges, ginger, and turmeric.
  • Blend: Place all the prepared ingredients into a blender.
  • Add Liquids and Spices: Pour in the honey, coconut water, and apple cider vinegar. Add the cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture for 1-2 minutes until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Strain (Optional): For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
  • Store: Transfer the liquid into an airtight container and refrigerate.
