How to Make Antipasto Skewers

  • Assemble the Skewers: Start by threading each antipasto ingredient onto a skewer in this order: 1 green olive, 1 salami slice, 1 mozzarella ball, 1 basil leaf, 1 grape tomato, 1 tortellini, and finally, 1 black olive.
  • Prepare the Herb Vinaigrette: In a small jar, combine 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove (or shallots), 1 tablespoon of honey, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add a tablespoon of fresh herbs, seal the jar, and shake vigorously until well blended.
