  • 1 pkg Chessman Cookies These buttery cookies provide a delightful crunch.
  • 4 medium Ripe Bananas Choose bananas that are just ripe.

For the Pudding Mixture

  • 1 pkg Instant French Vanilla Pudding This gives the pudding its rich flavor.
  • 2 cups Milk Use whole milk or almond milk.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened to blend easily.
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk Adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 8 oz Cool Whip Fluffy topping for pudding.

Instructions
 

Making the Pudding

  • Layer the bottom of a 9 x 13” baking dish with a single layer of Chessman Cookies.
  • Add a generous layer of sliced ripe bananas on top of the cookies.
  • Beat together the instant French vanilla pudding and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Mix the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese until well combined, then stir into the pudding mixture.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip gently to the combined pudding mixture.
  • Spread the pudding mixture over the banana layer in the baking dish.
  • Top with another layer of Chessman cookies on top of the pudding.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
