How to Make Chocolate-Dipped Wafer Cookies

  • Prepare Cookies: Begin by separating the sugar wafer cookies and place them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  • Sandwich Filling: Take two cookies and spread a thin layer of Nutella in between them. Press them together and return to the fridge for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Melt Chocolate: Melt your dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, heating in 15-20 second intervals.
  • Dip Cookies: Dip the chilled cookies into the melted chocolate and place them on wax paper to set.
