For the Pastry

  • 1 package Crescent Dough Sheet Flaky base; ensure completely thawed.
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour For dusting the work surface.

For Garnishing

  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Use small sprigs for flavor.

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Prepare the brie by letting it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  • Separate the crescent dough into triangles, dust the surface with flour, and roll each triangle slightly larger.
  • Shape the dough triangles into the muffin tin cups, pressing gently to form a well.
  • Spoon about ½ teaspoon of brie into each dough cup, spreading it gently.
  • Top each brie portion with ½ teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce and finish with a small sprig of rosemary.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cool for 2-3 minutes, loosen from the muffin tin, and transfer to a platter. Serve warm.

Notes
