  • Combine Ingredients: In a food processor, blend toasted walnuts, oat flour, almond butter, drained dates, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Adjust Texture: If dry, add water one teaspoon at a time until it holds together.
  • Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
  • Shape Balls: Portion and roll the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes.
