How to Make Fruit Pizza

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread sugar cookie dough evenly in a pizza pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden on edges and soft in center.
  • In a medium bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Spread cream cheese frosting evenly across the cooled crust.
  • Arrange fresh fruits artistically on top of the frosted crust.
  • Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
