How to Make Hot Brown Recipe Kentucky

  • Preheat your broiler to high heat.
  • Slice two thick pieces of white bread, around 1-inch thick.
  • Toast the bread until it’s golden brown.
  • Layer 4 ounces of thick sliced turkey atop the toasted square bread.
