  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and oil until a smooth dough forms.
  • Gently mix in green food coloring to achieve desired hue.
  • Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly.
  • Scoop dough onto lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely on a wire rack.

Notes

For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let them set on the baking sheet. Store cookies in an airtight container with wax paper between layers.
