  • 2 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry Thawed
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar For caramelization

For the Strawberry Filling

  • 2 packages Freeze-Dried Strawberries 1 oz. each
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam

For the Drizzle

  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melted
  • 1 tsp Neutral Oil For smoothing

How to Make Strawberry Palmiers

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Roll out thawed puff pastry on lightly floured surface, sprinkle with sugar and strawberry powder, then roll it gently.
  • Fold the pastry lengthwise to create a log shape and slice into even pieces.
  • Bake slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.
  • Cool slightly, then dip in melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle additional white chocolate over the palmiers before serving.
