Preparation

  • Prepare the lobster tails by using kitchen shears to carefully cut the shell lengthwise.

  • Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and sauté for about 20 seconds.
  • Bake the lobster tails in the oven for 20-27 minutes.
