How to Make Whipped Feta & Hot Honey Crostinis

  • Prepare the Hot Honey: Measure all ingredients for the hot honey into a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts of 15-20 seconds until the mixture is syrupy and runny. Stir well after each burst, then set aside.
  • Blend the Feta Spread: In a food processor, combine the feta cheese, cream cheese, and cottage cheese. Pulse several times to mix, then process until smooth and creamy. Remember to pause and scrape the sides for even blending.
  • Spread the Feta Mixture: Use a spoon to generously spread the whipped feta atop each toasted baguette slice. Don’t worry about making it perfect; aim for some bumps and ridges to hold that hot honey.
  • Arrange the Crostinis: Lay the assembled crostinis in a single layer on a beautiful serving tray. This not only looks great but also makes serving easy!
