  • 2 pieces lobster tails Freshly caught or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter For rich flavor

For the Cajun Butter Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning Customize according to heat preference

For Serving

  • 1 whole lemon Fresh juice & wedges

How to Make Juicy Lobster Tails

  • Preheat the oven to BROIL at 500°F.
  • Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the hard shell down the middle.
  • Crack open the shell and pull the meat out slightly, resting it on top of the shell.
  • Combine butter, garlic powder, paprika, and cajun seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave and stir until smooth.
  • Baste the lobster meat generously with the butter mixture.
  • Broil the lobster tails for 10 minutes, basting again halfway through.
  • Serve immediately! Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
