Ingredients
  

  • **Herb Mayo Coating**
  • - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • - 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or ⅓ tsp dried
  • - 1 tsp kosher salt
  • - ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • **Cutlets**
  • - 4 turkey cutlets about 1 lb, ¼–½ inch thick
  • - 4 tsp unseasoned breadcrumbs
  • - Freshly grated Romano cheese to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In a bowl, mix mayo, rosemary, salt, and garlic powder.
  • Pat turkey dry. Spread herb mayo evenly over each cutlet.
  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Romano cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through. Let rest briefly before serving.

Notes

- Don’t skip the mayo—it keeps the turkey moist
- Add a squeeze of lemon after baking for brightness
- Best served hot, but great for meal prep too
