Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup Karo® Light or Dark Corn Syrup
  • - 1 cup granulated sugar
  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1 ½ cups pecan halves
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir in pecans, then pour into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, until the center is set.
  • Cool completely before slicing.
  • Serve plain or with whipped cream.

Notes

- Use dark corn syrup for a richer taste.
- Let cool completely before cutting to ensure proper set.
