  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate Chips Lily brand is highly recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup choose pure grade A or B for best quality
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract always use pure vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt

For the Coating

  • 1/3 cup Cacao Powder dust hands lightly to prevent sticking

How to Make Keto Avocado Chocolate Ruffles

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients in small bowls.
  • Carefully cut the ripe avocados in half and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water.
  • Mix in the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and fine sea salt with the mashed avocados.
  • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  • Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them gently in your palms to form rounds.
  • Roll each truffle in cacao powder until evenly coated.
  • Place the coated truffles back in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
