For the Vegetables

  • 12 oz Frozen whole green beans Fresh ones are fine but may need different cooking times.
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

How to Make Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs

  • Heat a medium-high skillet over the stove. Add butter and let it melt.
  • Season the chicken thighs on both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  • Drizzle half of the lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle minced garlic. Flip the chicken and drizzle with remaining lemon juice.
  • Place the green beans around the chicken. Cover and cook for an additional 7-8 minutes.
  • For more tender green beans, remove chicken after 6 minutes and cook green beans for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
