How to Make Lemon Garlic Salmon

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the salmon with olive oil (or melted butter) and season with sea salt, cracked black pepper, and minced garlic.
  • Top each fillet with fresh lemon slices.
  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve.

Notes
