Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and grated ginger.
Add the raw honey and stir until fully dissolved.
If desired, sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
Strain the mixture into a shot glass to remove any pulp.
