How to Make Loaded Taco Pasta Bake

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Cook the pasta in salted water, reducing the cooking time by 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding in the onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, chili powder, black beans, and green chiles. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the meat sauce in a large mixing bowl. Add in 1 cup of shredded cheese, stirring gently.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining cheese and green onions.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then garnish with cilantro before serving.
