Ingredients

  • - 2 tbsp maple sugar
  • - 1 lime wedge for glass rim

  • - 3 oz silver or reposado tequila 100% agave
  • - ½ oz whiskey or bourbon
  • - 2 oz pure maple syrup
  • - Ice for shaking and serving
  • - Lime wedge or slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • **Rim the Glass:**
  • - Mix salt and maple sugar on a small plate.
  • - Rub lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip into the sugar-salt mix.
  • - Fill glass with ice and set aside.
  • **Mix the Drink:**
  • - Add tequila, whiskey, and maple syrup to a shaker.
  • - Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds.
  • - Strain into the prepared glass.
  • - Garnish with a lime wedge or slice.

Notes

- Use **pure maple syrup**, not pancake syrup.
- Taste before serving and adjust lime if needed.
