Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tbsp butter
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes drained, chopped
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - ½ cup chicken broth
  • - ⅓ cup grated Parmesan
  • - ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • - Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat oil and butter in skillet. Sear chicken 4–5 min per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook 30 seconds.
  • Add broth, then cream, Parmesan, and red pepper. Simmer to thicken.
  • Return chicken to pan. Spoon sauce over and simmer 2–3 more minutes.
  • Garnish with herbs and serve hot.

Notes

- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
- Great served over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
