These no-bake Marshmallow Coconut Balls are chewy, sweet, and incredibly easy to make. A classic holiday favorite with just four ingredients!

  • Rubber spatula
  • Measuring cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • - 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • - 3 cups finely grated unsweetened coconut divided

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix graham crumbs with 2 cups of coconut.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until combined.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows evenly.
  • Roll heaping tablespoons of mixture into balls.
  • Coat each ball in the remaining 1 cup of coconut.
  • Place on a baking sheet and chill for 30 minutes to set.

Notes

Use finely grated coconut for best results
- Optional: Add mini chocolate chips or candied cherries
- Store in freezer for up to 2 months
