How to Make Milk Cookies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the pure vanilla extract, salt, and powdered sugar; beat until combined and fluffy.
  • Mix in the all-purpose flour gradually, stirring until just incorporated.
  • Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently to avoid breaking the dough.
  • Scoop the dough using a cookie scoop, placing portions on the baking sheet and flattening slightly.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are soft.
  • Cool on a wire rack, then drizzle with vanilla icing if using.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to one week. Freezing is also an option for longer storage.
