Ingredients
  

  • - ½ cup salted butter softened
  • - ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • - ¼ cup sugar
  • - 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • - 2 tbsp milk
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - ½ cup cocoa powder
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - 3 cups chopped Andes Mints or mint chips

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter, sugars, extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Add flour, cocoa, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Stir in 1 cup chopped mints.
  • Press into a parchment-lined 9x9 pan.
  • Melt 2 cups mints in microwave (30-sec bursts on half power).
  • Pour over fudge base and smooth.
  • Let sit 2–3 hours at room temp to set.
  • Slice and serve.

Notes

- Can substitute mint chips for chopped Andes Mints
- Store chilled for up to 1 week
- Freezer-friendly for up to 3 months
