Monster Eyeball Halloween Pizza
A fun and spooky Halloween pizza topped with creepy “eyeballs” made from pepperoni and olives. Great for parties, themed dinners, or getting kids involved in the kitchen!

Ingredients
- #### For the Pizza Base:
- - 2 balls store-bought or homemade pizza dough
- - 1 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- - 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- #### For the Eyeball Toppings:
- - 12–16 slices pepperoni
- - 6–8 green olives stuffed with pimentos halved
- - ½ cup black olives sliced (for “pupils”)
- - 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced into strips
- #### Optional Toppings:
- - Sliced mushrooms
- - Diced onions
- - Extra cheese Parmesan or cheddar
Instructions
- **Preheat oven** to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it inside to preheat.
- **Shape the dough** into two medium-sized circles. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or the stone.
- **Spread sauce** evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- **Sprinkle mozzarella** generously on top of the sauce.
- **Create the eyeballs**:
- - Place pepperoni slices around the pizza.
- - Top each with half a green olive (cut side up).
- - Add a black olive slice in the center for the “pupil.”
- **Arrange the red pepper strips** like veins radiating from the eyeballs.
- **Bake** for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- **Cool slightly**, slice, and serve warm.

- Pat olives dry to avoid soggy toppings.
