Ingredients
  

  • **Spiced Honey Syrup**
  • - ¼ cup honey
  • - ¼ cup water
  • - ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • - ⅛ tsp ground ginger
  • - Pinch of nutmeg
  • **Cocktail**
  • - 4 oz bourbon
  • - 2 oz pear brandy
  • - 1½ oz lemon juice
  • - 2 oz spiced honey syrup
  • - Ice
  • - Sparkling pear cider
  • **Garnish**
  • - Pear slice
  • - Candied ginger or cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Combine syrup ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer, remove from heat, and steep 15 min. Strain and chill.
  • In a shaker with ice, add bourbon, brandy, lemon juice, and syrup. Shake 15 seconds.
  • Strain into 2 glasses with ice.
  • Top each with sparkling pear cider.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.

- Make in batches for parties
- Sub apple cider or Prosecco as needed
