Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scrub the potatoes clean, then slice them into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the coated potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
