  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

For the Flavor

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw honey optional

  • Warm 1 cup of filtered water in a kettle or microwave, ensuring it’s comfortably warm but not boiling.
  • Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt into the warm water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Mix in 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, followed by an optional teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
  • Sweeten the mix with 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey if desired.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning.

Notes
