How to Make Roasted Asparagus

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Trim the woody ends from the asparagus and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
  • Spread the asparagus on the sheet, ensuring they aren’t overcrowded for perfect roasting.
  • Roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until fork-tender and lightly crisped at the tips.
  • Remove from oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.

Notes
