Ingredients
  

  • - 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • - ½ tsp sea salt
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - Optional 1 tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp zest
  • - Optional 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • - Optional ½ tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • - Optional Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  • Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange cut-side down on sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast for 20–30 minutes until crispy and golden.
  • Optional: Toss with lemon juice, zest, Parmesan, and thyme.
  • Garnish and serve hot.

Notes

- Don’t overcrowd pan—space = crispness
- Customize with sweet, spicy, or cheesy toppings
- Best served immediately but can be reheated
