How to Make Stuffed Chicken Breast with Asparagus

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F to ensure even cooking.
  • Prepare the chicken breasts by patting them dry and seasoning both sides with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Trim the asparagus and prepare mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil.
  • Roll the mozzarella around the asparagus and sun-dried tomato mixture to create logs.
  • Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the rolled filling, securing with toothpicks.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken breasts for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Remove toothpicks and serve the dish hot.
