  • 1 tsp Salt Sea salt recommended
  • 1 tsp Pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Substitute with 1 minced clove of fresh garlic if preferred
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Regular paprika can be used if needed
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can be substituted, adjust cooking time accordingly
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Avocado oil can be used as a substitute
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Coconut aminos can be used for a gluten-free option
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Can swap with cilantro if desired

Preparation Steps

  • Gather and measure all dry ingredients, and finely chop the parsley.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
  • Split the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick, pressing a small indent in the center of each.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange patties in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, then cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • Check the internal temperature to ensure they reach 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.
