  • 1 cup Beer Optional
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Adjust for heat preference
  • 1 medium Onion Yellow or white preferred
  • 1 whole Lemon Cut into wedges

For the Seafood & Veggies

  • 1 pound Shrimp Large or jumbo
  • 1 pound Andouille Sausage Sliced
  • 2 pounds Baby Potatoes Fork-tender
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob Cut into halves or thirds

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick Butter Unsalted preferred
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped finely

How to Make Quick Cajun Seafood Boil

  • In a large stockpot, add water and beer. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Stir in Cajun seasoning, onion, and lemon wedges. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
  • Introduce sliced andouille sausage and baby potatoes into the pot. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are nearly fork-tender.
  • Nestle shrimp, and corn on the cob into the boiling mixture. Boil for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan with garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings for the garlic butter sauce.
  • Carefully drain the seafood mixture, serve on a lined baking sheet, and drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges and napkins for easy eating.
