For Assembly

  • ¼ cup Hot Honey Drizzle generously for a sweet-spicy finish.
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes Optional extra heat.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • Pat the boneless skinless chicken thighs dry with a paper towel.
  • Chop the bacon into small bits and scatter it over the chicken thighs.
  • Chop the broccoli into florets and set aside for later.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and chicken, tossing gently.
  • Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over chicken and sweet potatoes.
  • Bake the sweet potatoes and chicken in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Toss the sweet potatoes halfway through, then add the broccoli.
  • Bake for an additional 20–25 minutes.
  • Assemble your bowls by layering the roasted sweet potatoes, chicken, and broccoli.
  • Drizzle generously with hot honey and top with red pepper flakes if you like.
