For the Bacon Wrap

  • 10 slices Thin-Cut Bacon Consider turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • 20 pieces Wooden Toothpicks Soak beforehand to prevent burning.

How to Make Jalapeño Poppers

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Carefully halve the jalapeños and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  • In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, chopped green onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Spoon the mixture into each jalapeño half.
  • Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
  • Arrange the wrapped jalapeños on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until bacon is crispy.
