Ingredients
  

For the Casserole

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey 85% or 93% lean
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 oz Baby Spinach fresh
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese reserve half for topping
  • 1 large Egg let cool slightly before adding
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper adjust to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 380°F (193°C).
  • Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain any excess liquid thoroughly.
  • Lower the heat to medium and stir in the softened cream cheese until melted.
  • Add in the baby spinach gradually, stirring until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly before adding the egg.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
