Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper. Add beef strips, ensuring they are well-coated, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, garlic powder, and sugar. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Bring a large pot of broth to a gentle simmer. Stir in gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt for flavor enhancement.
  • Add ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook for about 3 minutes, or until they reach an al dente texture.
  • Preheat a grill pan on high heat. Sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side or until nicely caramelized. Allow it to rest before slicing into strips.
  • Divide the noodles and broth into serving bowls. Top each with a generous amount of the creamy sauce, grilled beef, chopped green onions, and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
