Ingredients
  

  • 🦃 2 pounds lean ground turkey 93-99% lean
  • 🌿 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 🧀 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 🥚 2 large eggs
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 🌿 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • Optional Additions:
  • 🧅 Chopped red onion
  • 🫒 Chopped Kalamata olives

  • Prepare the Mixture:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, thawed and drained spinach, crumbled feta cheese, eggs, minced garlic, and dry ranch seasoning.
  • If using, add chopped red onion and Kalamata olives for extra flavor.
  • Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  • Form the Patties:
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into patties of your desired size.
  • Cook the Burgers:
  • Grilling: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, then cook the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Serve:
  • Serve the turkey burgers on buns with your choice of toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, red onion, or additional feta cheese.
