How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to get it ready for baking this creamy delight.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the shredded Parmesan, White Cheddar, Gruyère cheese, well-drained artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, minced garlic, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Use a spatula to smooth the top. Optional: sprinkle a little extra cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbling and golden brown.
