Preparation

  • Gradually pour in the oat milk while stirring continuously until the mixture is silky.
  • Sprinkle in the chia seeds and mix thoroughly for about 1 minute.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  • After resting, stir gently and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  • Once chilled, stir again, divide into bowls, and adorn with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before enjoying.
