Ingredients
  

  • **For the Crust**
  • - 1 pre-baked keto pie crust almond or coconut flour-based
  • **For the Filling**
  • - 3 large eggs room temperature
  • - 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted and cooled
  • - 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 cup allulose or BochaSweet
  • - 1/2 cup Swerve brown sweetener
  • - 2 cups pecan halves
  • - 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Place keto crust on baking sheet.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter with sweeteners. Stir until thickened slightly, then cool.
  • Whisk in vanilla, salt, and eggs until smooth.
  • Arrange pecans in crust. Pour filling over top.
  • Bake 45–50 minutes until center is just set.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

- Cool the syrup before adding eggs.
- Use foil to prevent crust over-browning.
