Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F, or oven to 425°F.
  • Slice zucchini into 1/8-inch rounds.
  • Pat the zucchini slices dry with paper towels.
  • Beat the eggs in one bowl; in another, mix almond flour, parmesan, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper.
  • Dip each zucchini in the egg mixture, then coat in the dry mixture.
  • Arrange coated zucchini in a single layer in air fryer or on baking sheet.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes or bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Allow chips to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle with additional salt before serving for extra flavor.
