  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for lighter option
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Oregano fresh preferred
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest be careful not to over-zest
  • 1/4 cup Basil fresh preferred

How to Make Tender Mediterranean Baked Halibut

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the halibut fillet skin-side down. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the creamy topping evenly over the halibut.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh basil on top immediately.
