- Martini or coupe glasses
- Fine strainer
- Cheesecloth
- Stir sticks
Ingredients
**Blackberry Shimmery Liqueur:**
- 1 cup vodka
- 6 blackberries
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- ¼ tsp purple luster dust
- Optional: 1–2 drops purple food coloring
**Cocktail
2 servings:**
- 3 oz blackberry shimmery liqueur
- 1.5 oz apple juice or apple liqueur
- 1 oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup
- 2 tsp grenadine
- Ice
- Optional: crushed dry ice
Instructions
Infuse blackberries in vodka (3 days to 1 week), then strain.
Add syrup and luster dust to create shimmer.
Shake cocktail ingredients with ice.
(Optional) Add crushed dry ice to glasses.
Strain cocktail into glasses.
Slowly add grenadine—it will sink like a heart.
Serve with a stir stick.
Notes
- Use food-grade luster dust only
- Stir before serving to activate shimmer
- Dry ice must evaporate fully before drinking
