For the Casserole

  • 1 pound Sausage crumbled and browned
  • 6 large Eggs whisked
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 30 ounces Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  • Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl.
  • Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper.

  • Pour the egg and milk mixture over the hashbrown blend in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, covered with foil. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
