For the Dressing

How to Make Creamy Coleslaw

  • Quarter the cabbage, remove the core, and cut into manageable pieces to finely shred.
  • Finely shred the cabbage quarters and place in a large bowl. Add the shredded carrot and parsley; toss together.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, celery seeds, sea salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Pour two-thirds of the dressing over the cabbage mixture and mix gently until coated. Add more dressing if needed for a creamy consistency.
